Because of the nature of the product being more fragile please handle with care. polymer clay does not like extreme heat, extreme cold and humid or moist areas! please display in cold dry area for best results.

we put alot of extra care into shipping but once the package has left our hands it is no longer something we can handle for a full refund. there are some exceptions to this and if anything arrives chipped damaged etc, please reach out and we do our very best to work with you! Accidents happen!
